Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Q: Where are your items produced?
Our items are designed in Canada and printed in the UK.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
-If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
-Items must not be used, damaged or opened.
-All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage will be buyers responsibility.
- Once received, returns will be processed within 10 business days

Q. Will I be charged customs?
Duties & Taxes will be the buyers responsibility. Please check with your local Border Agency to calculate prices.
Q. How long is the shop open for?
Our shop is open 9-5 everyday for support. You can place orders 24/7 and they will be processed accordingly.
Q. Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?
This is dependant on the items ordered. Some items make take longer than others to ship.
Q. Can I combine orders?
All orders must be placed together. Please place all orders together at once.
Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has been placed.Please email support@lotteestudios.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q. Why has someone received their order and I haven’t?
Depending on where you live in the world, some regions have faster shipping than others. Canada and the US typically will get their packages sooner than overseas territories such as, Europe, Australia/New Zealand.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please take into consideration production times and shipping times. Shipping estimations are 7-14 business days these are estimations only and don't factor in any potential delays. Processing times for orders are 3-7 business days as we work off of small batch approach. We always aim to get orders out asap.
